A leading plastics manufacturer in the Shelby Township area is seeking a
Program Manager
with a strong background in
injection molding
and
plastics manufacturing . This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term career potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee program development from launch through production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendors
Manage tooling, engineering changes, APQP documentation, and customer communication
Monitor and report on project performance, resolving any issues that may impact delivery
Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure program success
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a
Program Manager
in a manufacturing environment
Injection molding
and
plastics industry
background required
Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and automotive customer requirements is a plus
