We are seeking a talented
Senior HR Workforce Consultant.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner responsible for supporting enterprise-wide workforce planning, talent optimization, and HR project initiatives across the healthcare organization. This role plays a key part in building and enhancing the organization’s workforce analytics function from the ground up. The consultant will analyze workforce trends, collaborate with HR and Finance teams, and develop data-driven strategies to drive workforce efficiency and support Infor ERP implementation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Workforce Planning & Analysis: Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance leaders to align workforce needs with organizational goals. Forecast workforce demands based on historical trends, labor standards, departmental productivity, and strategic initiatives. Analyze workforce data (turnover, staffing ratios, demographics) to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization. Drive FTE budgeting and labor cost management in collaboration with Finance and Compensation teams. Infor ERP & HR Systems Support: Support Infor ERP suite implementation, including modules like WFM, Talent Science, and Position Budget Manager. Validate workflows, assist with system testing, and troubleshoot issues related to job hierarchies, position control, and job architecture. Collaborate with HRIS and IT to define and maintain data structures and perform data mapping for accurate reporting and analytics. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and manage multiple projects and ad-hoc workforce initiatives simultaneously using Agile, Kanban, or ADO methodologies. Create implementation plans, workstreams, and status reports, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and organizational objectives. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to evaluate staffing models and proactively support recruitment strategies. Reporting, Forecasting, and Visualization: Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Power BI. Create predictive analytics models to support workforce planning, staffing decisions, and resource allocation. Translate complex data into visualizations and narratives tailored to leadership and HR stakeholders. Assist in building the foundational infrastructure for workforce planning functions including data governance, metrics, and workforce modeling. Define deployment strategies and assist with succession planning and workforce readiness programs. Provide industry best practices and benchmarking insights to enhance workforce strategy. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field. Minimum

Experience with talent acquisition models and position control. Prior success in job mapping, job architecture design, and organizational design. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI. Experience supporting large ERP or HCM system implementations. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and present actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to influence outcomes in a matrixed organization. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a data-first approach to decision-making. Hybrid work model: onsite presence required based on active project demands (advance notice provided). Early-stage environment: Opportunity to define and build core workforce planning and productivity frameworks. Manual-heavy workload initially, transitioning to automation and analytics tools over time. High interaction with both HR and Finance departments. Physical requirements include visual acuity for data analysis, manual dexterity for keyboard use, and the ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods. Additional Value-Adds: Experience with succession planning and career pathing. Familiarity with workforce performance metrics and operational benchmarking.
