What You'll Do: As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, playing a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the care they need and our caregivers have fulfilling assignments. Caregiver-Client Matchmaker: You'll expertly match our wonderful caregivers with clients based on their needs, skills, and personalities, creating perfect pairings for successful care.
Scheduling Wizard: You'll build and manage schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and our clients receive consistent, reliable care. You'll be a pro at anticipating needs and adapting quickly to changes.
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: When unexpected situations arise (like a last-minute call-out), you'll swiftly find solutions, coordinating with caregivers to ensure no client is left without care.
Compliance Champion: You'll ensure all caregiver credentials, certifications, and background checks are up-to-date, maintaining our high standards of safety and professionalism.
Caregiver Advocate: You'll be a friendly and supportive resource for our caregivers, addressing their questions, providing guidance, and ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Team Player: You'll collaborate closely with other departments to optimize our staffing strategies and contribute to the overall success and growth of CareIndeed.
Communication Hub: You'll clearly communicate client needs and care plans to caregivers, ensuring they have all the information they need to provide excellent service.
On-Call Hero: You'll be part of an on-call rotation, ready to handle urgent scheduling needs and emergencies outside of regular business hours, ensuring continuous client support.
