Marketing & Communications Director

The Marketing & Communications Director, under the supervision of the Senior Director of Operations / Director of Business Development, oversees the company’s internal and external branding, public relations, and marketing communications. This includes planning, presenting, and implementing programs/campaigns, messaging strategy, and departmental plans. Lexington Clinic’s corporate messages, as well as specific service lines and departments, are key elements to be promoted. The role also manages the marketing staff, including task assignment to ensure efficient workflow aligned with the team’s vision and standards. The Director also acts as the company spokesperson and must travel frequently to other facilities, with access to appropriate transportation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or public relations Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and business development Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across media Proficiency with basic office equipment and desktop publishing software Healthcare experience preferred Excellent communication skills Proven leadership and organizational abilities Diplomatic interaction skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Travel readiness with a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance Please apply directly to:
