SUCCESS FACTORS (first 12-24 months)
Human Centric Customer Service: As the voice of the company, you build trust through approachable, friendly communication across email, phone, and social media. You take ownership of each interactionlistening closely, understanding needs, educating customers, and following through with care. Your ability to create personalized, meaningful experiences leaves a lasting, positive impression every time. Investigative Problem Solver: Every customer inquiry is unique, and you approach each one with curiosity and urgency. You quickly resolve familiar issues, ask the right questions, and break down complex answers with clarity. When faced with unfamiliar questions, you put your troubleshooting mindset to work. You assess what's needed, seek input from the right team members, and deliver accurate resolutionsfast. Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills turn uncertainty into confidence for our customers. Prioritized and Highly Organized: Your strong time management and smart use of tools enable you to respond to customers within two business dayswithout compromising quality. You skillfully prioritize inquiries across channels, document interactions in Salesforce, and manage product quality cases with precision. By leveraging technology and following clear processes, you keep things moving and ensure others have the information they need to act effectively. Every customer leaves the experience amazed with the level of service youve delivered. Data Analytics & Communication: As a customer advocate, you spot trends in the data and surface what matters most. You turn insights into action by creating clear, digestible reports that highlight key themes and recommendations, sharing them with Marketing, R&D, and QA to drive meaningful improvements. What youll bring:
Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce Microsoft Office Suite Able to work M-F during regular business hours
