Senior Data Analyst

We're a fast-growing startup with a mission to make mental health support more accessible and effective. The Role We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be our first dedicated analytics hire. You'll partner directly with product and marketing teams to ensure every initiative we ship has clear success criteria and proper measurement. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how we make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities Partner with initiative owners to define clear, measurable success criteria Build Mixpanel dashboards for all active initiatives Create standardized templates for common metrics (retention, activation, etc.) Create system for analyzing and categorizing user feedback for product meetings Keep track of feature performance and provide insights on what's working/not working Help with data analysis to develop effective personas for product and marketing Build predictive models for churn and lifetime value What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in product analytics or similar role Experience as an analyst on a consumer SaaS product SQL skills and experience with data visualization Strong proficiency with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools Ability to translate business questions into measurable metrics Excellent communication skills - you can explain complex data simply Startup experience preferred - you're comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating across teams Nice to Have Experience with mobile app analytics Background in consumer products or mental health tech Statistical analysis and A/B testing experience Python or R for advanced analysis What we offer Opportunity to the first data hire at a fast-growing start up that genuinely helps people improve their lives Direct impact on product and business decisions Remote-friendly environment with occasional in-person collaboration Direct collaboration with experienced founders and a small, high-performing team A values-driven culture that prizes thoughtfulness, quality, and clarity Seniority level
