We’re excited to announce three brand-new, high-impact Senior Strategic HR Business Partner roles created to directly support key areas of our organization: Nursing, Operations, and the Physician Organization. These strategic positions represent a unique opportunity to grow your career while making a lasting difference at Texas Children’s, the largest children’s and women’s hospital system in the nation.
In these roles, you’ll serve as a trusted HR advisor and strategic consultant to executive and operational leaders, aligning people strategies with our mission of excellence in care, research, and innovation. What You'll Do
Serve as a strategic partner to hospital and system leaders, translating business strategy into actionable human capital plans. Lead people initiatives that drive culture, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Anticipate and address workforce needs through data-informed HR solutions and proactive planning. Collaborate across HR functions — including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Total Rewards — to drive recruitment, retention, and development efforts. Support key strategic initiatives such as clinical expansion, digital transformation, and academic partnerships through strong change management leadership. Use workforce analytics to provide insights on turnover, engagement, and workforce trends that shape business decisions. Partner with Employee Relations to manage workplace concerns in a fair, compliant, and forward-thinking manner.

What We're Looking For -
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required) Master’s degree (preferred) 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting complex healthcare, academic medical center, or hospital environments (required) Senior-level HR certification: SPHR or SHRM-SCP (preferred) Strong ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and lead through change Experience using HR analytics and workforce metrics to drive insight and improvement
