Overview Elida Beauty is looking for a bold, creative, and performance-driven Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead our organic content and influencer programs across our legacy beauty brands. You’ll shape the voice of Q-Tips, Caress, and Ponds on social - crafting daily moments, building influencer advocacy, and translating cultural relevance into real growth. Our brands are well-known and well-loved but lack cultural credibility and talkability with today’s consumers. The opportunity for the person in this role is to turn our brands into something people brag about. This is about generating advocacy beyond the usual beauty influencers – think make-up artists, dermatologists, fragrance experts and scent creators, home & organization influencers and other bold cultural voices. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendars for Q-Tips, Caress, and Ponds Align closely with Brand Managers to translate campaign priorities into channel-specific plans Define channel roles (e.g., IG vs. TikTok vs. YouTube Shorts) and content pillars by brand Content & Execution Oversee content creation — from briefs to final posts — leveraging Canva, CapCut, internal assets, and UGC Collaborate with marketing coordinator to support influencer gifting, outreach, and relationship building Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and compliance across all posts Community & Culture Partner with Community Manager to engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and surface consumer insights Spot and respond to cultural trends with agility, especially on TikTok and Instagram Performance & Reporting Track and report KPIs weekly/monthly: engagement, reach, influencer impact, and brand lift Use data to continuously test, learn, and improve performance Collaborate with internal Data Analyst to tie social into broader brand performance metrics Serve as a center of excellence for social across the organization Manage cross-functional communication with Brand, Creative, Legal, and Data teams Qualifications 4+ years managing social media and/or influencer marketing in beauty, CPG, or lifestyle brands. Ideally experience with brands that have scaled growth. Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms Proven experience leading content development and managing influencer relationships Analytical mindset with comfort using insights to drive decisions Strong visual and written storytelling skills Tools: Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Later/Hootsuite, basic Excel/PowerPoint What Success Looks Like Clear, differentiated social voice and presence per brand Engaged, growing communities — especially on TikTok and Instagram Influencer partnerships that drive both reach and brand love Continuous learning loop tied to performance data Diversity at Elida Beauty Diversity at Elida Beauty is about inclusion, embracing differences, creating possibilities, and growing together for better business performance.
