Our work spans high-end residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on white-glove service and long-term client relationships. Job Summary: We’re seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Service Scheduler / Service Manager to lead and streamline our service operations. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating field technicians, managing the service calendar, providing remote client support, and ensuring a high-quality service experience from start to finish. You will act as the central hub of our service department—balancing scheduling needs, remote diagnostics, team coordination, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily service schedule: assign technicians, prioritize calls, and adjust in real-time as needs shift Communicate with clients before and after visits to confirm appointments, gather service info, and provide status updates Provide basic remote troubleshooting and technical support to resolve client issues when possible without dispatch Oversee service workflows from intake to completion, ensuring efficiency, documentation, and client satisfaction Monitor technician capacity and assign tasks based on skills, location, and availability Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to balance ongoing projects and urgent service needs Maintain accurate records in service management software (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Monday, etc.) Help define and enforce service policies, cancellation terms, and billing practices Identify recurring issues and propose preventative maintenance or system upgrades to clients Coach field techs on best practices and ensure quality control across all service work Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or field service management (AV, IT, HVAC, or trades strongly preferred) Strong understanding of low voltage systems: AV, networking, lighting, surveillance, automation (Crestron, Control4, Savant, etc.) Confident in providing remote support and walking clients through basic technical steps (resets, power cycling, app updates, etc.) Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Familiar with field service platforms and cloud-based CRMs Able to lead a team while maintaining a client-first mindset Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and proactive
