Duties Provision infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, and other platforms Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority incidents, including on-call responsibilities Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-incident documentation Lead migrations and upgrades across large enterprise systems Normalize and automate operational work to improve efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead project planning when needed Represent the organization in technical bridge calls and stakeholder meetings Desired Skills/Experience Bachelors degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience Large enterprise support experience, startups typically not a fit Proficiency in system design, operations, and troubleshooting Proven experience in service restoration, automation, and RCA participation Familiar with Terraform, AWS Cloud, Python or Bash scripting Experience with Chef, Ansible, or similar configuration management tools Familiar with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, SSL/TLS certificate management Strong Linux administration experience Comfortable with RabbitMQ, F5, Docker, Couchbase, Apache/Nginx/Tomcat Vulnerability Management and remediation experience Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between
