About the Role We are seeking a part-time Senior Associate Attorney to join us on-site in Rockville, MD. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who enjoys meaningful client work, values autonomy, and thrives in a business-focused legal environment. Your work will focus primarily on: Corporate and business transactions Employment matters Commercial real estate leasing, including lease review and negotiation You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate legal issues with clarity and confidence. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents Provide day-to-day legal advice across corporate, employment, and real estate matters Conduct legal research and analysis as needed Communicate directly with clients and help guide their decision-making Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in corporate/business, employment, and/or commercial real estate law Excellent drafting and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage client relationships JD from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Maryland Bonus Qualifications Admission in D.C. or Virginia Experience with M&A, equity structuring, or government contracts Seniority level
