$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Plantation, FL that is seeking an IT HR Systems Administrator. This is a hybrid role with on-site presence required 3 days per week. Responsibilities:
Serve as the first line of support for Team Member inquiries, resolving issues through inbound/outbound calls, ServiceNow tickets, and digital channels using HR systems knowledge and research Deliver Tier 1 support across key HR service areas-benefits, payroll, leave management, and accommodations-leveraging platforms like UKG Pro WFM, Workday, and ServiceNow Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal IT security and HR policies Identify and enhance key employee lifecycle touchpoints by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences Analyze service trends and system feedback to recommend improvements to HR technologies, workflows, and knowledge base content Create and maintain digital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and system documentation to support scalable HR operations Manage and audit digital records and documentation using enterprise content management tools Contribute to HR technology projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process automation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred) SHRM-CP, PHR, or ITIL certification (preferred) 1-3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a shared services or HR operations environment with exposure to enterprise systems Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro WFM (required), Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, or Greenhouse Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on process optimization and system usability Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into user-friendly guidance Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple digital workflows in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for HR technology Proven ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and in accordance with data privacy standards
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
