The RTR function works to ensure that we generate sustainable growth by identifying and implementing strategies that increase the revenue we earn from our technology and services by optimizing the way we bring our solutions to market. In other words, Routes to Revenue is all about translating our Global Product Organization's product strategy into Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
The Partner Programs and Operations team is part of RTR, responsible for running global partner strategy and programs, working with regions to strengthen our partner ecosystem and align partner execution with the GTM Plans (GTM-P).
A business development team manages global alliances, pricelist Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Private Equity (PE)/Venture Capital (VC) relationships.
RTR Operations provides administrative and operational coordination services for the broader RTR community.
Step into Sage’s commercial engine as a Partner Craft Graduate. You’ll gain hands-on experience working within the Sage Partner Ecosystem, contributing to real-world projects that span contracting, performance management, and partner support operations.
You’ll collaborate with teams across sales, operations, finance, accounting, and IT, giving you a comprehensive view of how a global tech business runs. Your work will support and shape Partner Programs, directly contributing to Sage’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Support the development of commercial agreements aligned with business goals and partner needs.
Monitor and report on KPIs to track partner success and identify improvement areas.
Work with regional teams to enhance commercial outcomes and share best practices.
Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Proactively resolve issues, escalate when necessary, and meet deadlines.
Identify and define new analytics needs, using data sources for strategic decisions.
Ensure effective reporting controls and improve reporting processes.
Spot opportunities to optimize agreements and processes to drive success.
Candidate Profile You should be a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's in business administration or related fields. Skills that will help you thrive include:
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, initiative, and deadline management.
Strong organization and planning skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Business acumen to interpret data effectively.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Additional language skills, especially in French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Location & Process This role is based at our Ponce City Market or Lawrenceville office, with a hybrid model (3 days in-office).
