Corp Atlanta Ravinia, Three Ravinia Drive, Suite 100, 30346 The Senior Manager, Vulnerability Programs manages the portfolio of Vulnerability Management and Application Security programs and both on-going and transformational projects- including API Security, Cloud Security, Exposure and Attack Surface Management. Responsibilities include project and program resource management, governance, reporting, communications, and executive leadership status updates and briefings. This position coordinates a highly skilled technical team of security and IT professionals that are responsible for (a) multiple projects of large scope and/or high complexity or (b) programs, providing management guidance to project teams; oversees the delivery of high criticality projects; has regular internal and/or external stakeholder interaction. Your Day to Day Manage strategic delivery of all programs, projects, and interdependencies, reporting anomalies or areas of concern to senior management Manages and allocates project management resources and influences the allocation of non-project management resources; participates in the development of funding proposals Coordinates and provides supportto Project and Program Managers Oversee balancing/optimization of the portfolio in terms of strategic goal attainment vs. delivery capacity/capability and business as usual priorities Define the system development activities for consistency with established standards, and ensure they follow departmental development processes and meet user and business objectives. Oversee process improvement implementations to improve project workflow and more effective delivery including initiating reviews of post program and post project evaluation reports and benefits to ensure the strategic goals have been met Lead in governance/portfolio meetings and provide guidance in business planning Participate in cross-functional planning activities to ensure resourcing is available to meet program objectives What We Need From You Education Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Experience Typically, minimum of 10+ years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes related to the position. Expert knowledge of project/program and portfolio management methodology, project constraints, and change management process (such as SDLC, CMMI, PMBOK, Six Sigma or other commonly accepted project management processes and methodologies). Program management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation and ability to translate strategic business requirements into technical specifications and specific system functionality. Strong leadership of multi-disciplined work teams using influence, adaptability and decisiveness. Experience managing multiple projects in a technology environment such applications development, data center operations, change management, and production support within a matrix organization. Strong customer-service orientation and a commitment to lead others to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction. Expertise in project/portfolio analysis & management tools, milestone slippage, exception reporting and performance management. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project. Strong knowledge of Portfolio tool, Mainframe and/or Client server hardware/software. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for providing and presenting information to clients, vendors, management, and staff. Strong consulting and interpersonal skills. Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI or other comparable certification desired.
