Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and reception area of a high-traffic, student-oriented advising office.
Provide administrative support and respond to inquiries via walk-in, phone, and email, directing them to appropriate staff.
Process academic forms and paperwork for undergraduate students.
Supervise student employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent; B.A./B.S. preferred.
High professionalism, strong customer service, and communication skills.
One to three years of relevant experience.
