This position will serve as a full-stack developer to produce scalable software solutions. They will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. The developer will move between projects as priorities change and will work across all layers of the application, including front end, middle layer, and database layer, utilizing development frameworks and third-party libraries. Essential Job Functions: Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems, applications, and components for market sale or proprietary software. Utilize knowledge of multiple languages, development environments, and SDLC procedures, including Java, C#, AWS, Azure, .NET, .NET Core, APIs, RESTful Web services, databases, Eclipse, JEE, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, VUE, React). Write technical specifications based on design and business requirements. Follow Agile processes supporting planning, cross-functional support, and demonstrating working software. Lead by example and foster a positive attitude and growth mindset. Provide detailed metrics on turn time, workload, test coverage, etc. Contribute to technical roadmaps and design complex business processes and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, perform development, testing, and debugging. Stay current with evolving platforms, languages, and web/database technologies. Participate in full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, and deployment. Analyze data to derive insights and drive business decisions. Innovate and experiment with new features and technologies, influencing team adoption. Research new platforms and evaluate feasibility for integration. Make design decisions that promote reusability, extensibility, and maintainability. Align development with future customer needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide solutions for scalability, performance, and technology advancements. Evaluate new technologies and revise programs as needed. Lead design meetings, analyze user needs, and develop architectural visions. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Build products that help clients succeed, working in cross-functional teams to deliver MVPs. Establish and share a clear vision, mentor team members, and foster continuous improvement. Manage personnel performance, evaluate progress, and oversee team productivity. Ensure quality assurance and data protection processes. Focus on leading, coaching, and developing high-performance teams. Identify training needs and mentor team members. Fulfill the division’s mission and perform additional activities as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with 1+ years in a senior or equivalent role. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented analysis, design, and programming. Experience managing UX and human-centered designs. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, or similar tools. Interest in learning new programming languages. Strong communication skills and product sense. Attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with API development, Agile Scrum, DevOps, and cloud migration, preferably AWS. Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and solve complex problems. The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $135,000. Compensation is determined through interviews and relevant experience.
