Cyber Security Specialist

The front line of defense, protecting the assets & infrastructure of a world-renowned organization. If you are comfortable leading the response of cybersecurity incidents, including the management of alerts & threats, driving response to contain and eliminate, and investigating root causes then this could be the right opportunity for you. You will gain experience in an environment where every day could be different, you will get to juggle different responsibilities, and take ownership of key areas of the cyber security program. This opportunity is strictly on a contract-basis, with length likely to be 6 months but may be extended upon review. To be successful in this opportunity you will need the following: A minimum of five years of experience in a cybersecurity position, ideally with a large organization. Documented experience and in-depth technical understanding of tools such as: Splunk, CheckPoint, Palo Alto Firewalls, Solar Winds, Sentinel. SANS, CISSP or CompTIA certificates are desirable.
