remote. "This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization." What Youll Do Architect and develop comprehensive AI solutions that enhance performance and scalability across platforms

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design strategic AI solutions tailored to business needs

Lead hands-on prototyping and innovation of new AI technologies

Provide technical oversight of infrastructure and solution blueprints, including services such as Azure ML, OpenAI, and SageMaker

Ensure best practices for deploying AI models, APIs, and data pipelines into secure environments

Maintain architectural documentation and technical assets, including diagrams and playbooks

Evaluate and select third-party components, frameworks, or accelerators to support AI system delivery

Engage with executive stakeholders, providing technical insights and strategic recommendations

Guide cross-functional teams through the software development life cycle, making key architectural decisions

Drive innovation by staying updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends

What You'll Need Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred

7+ years of experience in AI solution architecture and deployment

Extensive experience in designing and leading scalable AI systems and architectures

Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, including their AI and data services

Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and data engineering

Proven track record in leading large-scale AI projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic decision-making abilities

Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders

Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipeline

Familiarity with security and compliance standards in AI environments

Preferred: Experience with GenAI models and infrastructure optimization

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management

Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques

Understanding of advanced statistical methods and their application in AI

Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments

Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
