Building Project Engineer (M&E / Data Center Projects)

• MNC Construction Company • Salary range: $4000 - $5000 (basic) + $50 Mobile Allowance • Working hours: 5.5 Days • Working location: Based on project site • Excellent Welfare & Benefits Job Scope Oversee assigned projects, ensuring progress aligns with schedules and taking corrective actions when needed. Requisition and plan for materials, labour, and equipment while minimizing wastage. Monitor subcontractor performance, assign tasks, and provide training to new project staff. Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and purchasing teams regarding project matters. Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety and approved drawings. Handle contracts, claims, variations, material requisitions, and maintain stock control. Solve technical and coordination problems on-site and recommend corrective actions for non-conformance. Ensure proper project handover upon completion. Follow senior management’s assignments and arrange overtime work if required.
