They are seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join the Devices Machine Learning Products team, where the role involves designing and managing custom machine learning platforms to enhance demand forecasting for Amazon devices. Responsibilities: • As a SDE on the Devices Machine Learning Products(DMLP) team, you will design, build & manage the custom ML Platforms and services to support Amazon Devices Forecasting. • You will work closely with scientists in improving the accuracy of the existing ML models or build new models. • You will help on defining the system architecture, own and implement specific components and helps shapes the overall forecasting experience. Qualifications: Required: • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience • Experience programming with at least one software programming language Preferred: • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Company: Amazon is a tech firm with a focus on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
