We seek an exceptional leader to drive funding strategy and scale our loan products. This high-impact role involves shaping our capital structure, building relationships with bank partners, and designing systems to support our growth. The position has high visibility and influences large transactions. It is based in New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Mountain View, CA, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). What you'll bring 10+ years in lending capital markets, preferably from a bank, specialty finance lender, or asset management firm. Experience with asset-backed credit facilities, whole loan sales, securitizations, and bespoke structures. Proficiency in liquidity forecasting, funding cost optimization, and cash sourcing strategies. SQL skills are a plus. Self-starter with minimal guidance, able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills to clearly present decisions and reasoning. Ability to collaborate across teams including compliance, risk, product, credit, legal, and engineering. How you will lead Develop and execute funding strategies to optimize risk-return and long-term success. Create models and tools for funding forecasts and investor engagement. Negotiate contracts with bank partners. Align leadership on funding initiatives and balance sheet management. Produce investor reports; review loan and performance data. Conduct cash flow analysis to meet risk standards and investor expectations. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement capital strategies. Develop dashboards to monitor financing structures and covenant issues. Monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary ($204,500 - $276,500 in Bay Area, $207,500 - $281,000 in New York), bonuses, equity, and benefits.
