THE CLIENT: Our client is a leading private credit fund with over $10bn AUM. They are looking to add an Associate to their growing infrastructure credit team. THE ROLE: As an Investment Associate, you'd have the opportunity to be a core member of a growing team that has significant dry powder and deal flow, where you'd have substantial exposure to and mentorship from the senior leadership. The team focuses on sub investment grade and high yield credit transactions across energy transition, power, digital infrastructure, and transportation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support all aspects of the investment process, including market research, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring Contribute to investment memos and presentations for internal committees Assist in negotiating transaction documentation alongside senior team members and external advisors REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 2-6 years of Project Finance Banking, Investment Banking, or Private Credit experience Experience with infrastructure and/or energy transactions Strong financial modeling skills Strong written and oral communication skills Must be willing to work in-person in Greenwich CT Seniority level
