Reports to: Corporate Controller A rapidly scaling organization is adding a
Financial Reporting Manager
to support increased reporting needs driven by continued growth. This is a high-impact role that will own key elements of internal and external financial reporting, consolidation, compliance, and technical accounting. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across finance, accounting, and capital planning to ensure timely, accurate, and audit-ready financial deliverables. Key Responsibilities Produce monthly consolidated financial statements used for both internal leadership and external compliance needs. Prepare monthly and quarterly cash flow statements and compliance certifications. Own borrowing base calculations and monthly reporting deliverables tied to financing agreements. Partner with external auditors to manage audit requests, including location-based audits. Support annual goodwill and intangible asset impairment assessments. Deliver monthly variance analyses across key accounts and financial statement lines, and present findings to senior leadership. Draft technical accounting memos and coordinate with third-party specialists when necessary. Ensure all reporting complies with internal policies and external requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3 years focused on financial reporting. Solid understanding of accounting research and technical memo preparation. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. CPA certification is preferred but not required. Experience with modern reporting and accounting platforms (e.g., Workiva, NetSuite, Blackline) is highly desirable. Familiarity with structured financing mechanisms such as borrowing base or receivables-backed lending is a plus. Advanced Excel proficiency is a must. Seniority level
