Supplies Finance Analyst
This is a key role supporting the Home Supplies business organization. In this dynamic role, the analyst will strategically partner with other cross-functional stakeholders on projects that affect the organization's near and long-term [DS1] goals and objectives with a focus on New Product Introductions.
Skills required to be successful in this position include the ability to model and perform complex financial analysis, comfortable with ambiguity, and exercising independent judgement within defined process and policies. The analyst should also be a strong collaborator who can partner with and present to different organizations - Future Product Marketing, R&D, BU finance, and factory.
Key responsibilities include: Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for the Home Supplies business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives. Participates in Capital Optimizer analysis and will lead or collaborate with HW Finance in understanding the system view for investments. Lead and support financial tool development helping to provide data analysis. Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements. Skills required include strong Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint knowledge with the aptitude to extract information from the existing business systems.

Education & Experience
Recommended • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
The base pay range for this role is $93150 to $140650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
