Chief Systems Engineer . Job Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate, oversee, and execute all system engineering efforts in support of the BGIF BOSS tasks. PWS. Define and prioritize technical requirements, conduct system engineering trade studies, translate requirements into executable solutions, and recommend engineering and technology investment courses of action based on the studies. Experience/Competencies/Skills: Ability to manage, coordinate, oversee, and execute all system engineering efforts supporting the tasks in this PWS, including defining and prioritizing requirements, conducting trade studies, and recommending investment actions. Ability to manage and coordinate personnel and resources to deliver services and products supporting BGIF and the OPIR TAP Lab. Education: Master’s degree in engineering, science, technology management, or related IT field. At least 10 years of industry-related experience, including 5 years in software development, testing, or integration within DoD or security facilities. Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
