Head of Engineering

Responsibilities Set and drive the long-term technical vision and engineering roadmap Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team Foster a collaborative, innovative engineering culture aligned with company values Technical Oversight Own end-to-end architecture and execution for all technical initiatives Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, including code quality, security, performance, and scalability Guide technology stack decisions and evaluate emerging technologies for business impact Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and delivery Communicate technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders Operational Excellence Oversee project timelines, delivery milestones, and engineering resource allocation Implement and uphold rigorous QA, testing, and deployment stanManage engineering budgets, tools, and infrastructure investments Talent & Team Building Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent Build an inclusive and results-oriented engineering culture Mentor engineers at all levels and lead by example Requirements: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles Proven success scaling engineering teams and systems in startup or high-growth environments Expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and data systems Familiarity with modern SDLC practices: CI/CD, automated testing, code review, Agile methodologies Seniority level
