What You´ll Do
Leads entire distributor point-of-sale (POS) process – collection, processing, data reconciliation, validation, and reporting Maintains customer master data Collaborates and works cross-functionally with regional controllers, sales, and various business units Executes financial analyses and ensures timely and accurate creation of monthly sales reports Calculates and processes distributor rebates and sales incentive plans Serves as the 3rd Party representative for commissions Supports team in completing annual special projects and deliverables; optimize efficiency and effectiveness of current processes
What makes you a good fit
Must Have Skills: Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Analytics, Accounting preferred) Min 3-5 years of relevant professional experience (Accounting experience preferred) Experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams General knowledge of financial statements and processes Highly motivated, adept problem-solving skills, and curious with a strong data driven mind-set Ability to proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to identify risk and opportunities and develop value added solutions. Preferred Skills: Thorough knowledge of Excel including power pivot, VBA, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros General knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation skills along with proficient skills with other Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerBI) General knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP

The salary for this role is
$110,000.00-125,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
