F&B Manager

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager at Romer House Waikiki is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the outlet's operations. This role involves maintaining high-quality products and service levels, promoting business growth, reducing employee turnover, and managing revenue and payroll budgets to meet productivity goals. The manager is also tasked with ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlet. Supervise outlet personnel and respond promptly to guest complaints. Coordinate with other F&B managers and keep superiors informed of issues. Assist in monitoring loss prevention and preparing required reports. Ensure quality of service and compliance with SOPs, local laws, and health regulations. Participate in menu planning, staff training, and departmental meetings. Conduct staff performance reviews and ensure proper employee training. Handle hiring processes and tip reporting. Implement and monitor promotional activities and guest satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications

Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to listen, understand, and clarify concerns. Multitasking and prioritization skills. High standards of personal appearance and grooming. Ability to handle problems proactively and maintain confidentiality. Participation in required meetings and training sessions.
