We're seeking an Associate Clinical Director to lead and oversee all clinical and administrative functions within a defined region, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee regional clinical and administrative operations to ensure high-quality services Meet client satisfaction, retention, and financial performance goals Guide and support clinical supervisors and behavior analysts in best practices Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic growth initiatives Utilize clinical data to drive quality improvements and outcomes Ensure regional compliance with all applicable regulations and licensure requirements

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification required Active LBA (NY) license or eligibility preferred Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field 3-5+ years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Experience managing operations and supervising clinicians within an ABA setting
