Summary
Serves as primary liaison between client and Striden. Handles formal contact with the customer daily. Responsible for understanding contracted requirements, adhering to customer guidelines, and achieving agreed-to SLA level objectives.
Responsibilities:
Key duties include managing day-to-day operations by ensuring all agreed-upon service levels are satisfactorily met. Clearly communicates job expectations/consequences of employees by training, cross-training, coaching, counseling, directing, and evaluating the work of subordinates to increase their work output and work quality. Maintain efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their work. Assist with hiring, development, management, and promotion of employees while providing on-site support. Manage recognition and retention programs. Ensure performance and training plans are in place for each employee. Consistently identify, develop, and deploy process enhancements. Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction through problem solving, achieving goals, and consistently meeting project deadlines. Understand and respond to specific customer needs while maintaining consistent communication. Responsible for tracking and reporting monthly metrics and submitting accounting chargebacks for conference room services, supplies, mail, and print production services. Manage and track all incoming facilities work order request into client’s Help Desk Ticketing System. Receive and prioritize all print requests by reviewing associated instructions, entering tracking system and then organizing needed supplies. Perform quality assurance on each print job that is produced in the Print Center or by an off-site 3rd vendor. Manages on-site hardware & consumables inventory for toner, toner waste containers, etc.… Ensure copiers are functioning properly (clear paper jams, changes toner in copy machines, etc.) Escalate copier equipment problems to a technician as necessary. Maintain a strong working relationship with vendors that service the facility. Assist customers with training and support on convenience copiers. Track supply orders and maintain supply inventory controls. Ensure all invoices are processed, coded with proper cost centers, and uploaded into client’s accounting system. Receive and sort incoming mail and packages. Alert recipient upon arrival. Receive, sort, deliver and pickup of all mail and packages per scheduled times at all designated mail stops. Responsible for assisting team with conference room/event center setups and breakdowns. Develop, implement, and keep current associated SOPs. Interact with customers to ensure expectations are met. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED 3 to 5 years experience to the duties and responsibilities specified above.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Written and oral Communication skills
Physical Requirements
Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
