We are looking for highly energetic, TS-SCI cleared, IT professionals who are interested in joining our seasoned team of technologists. We are focused on driving significant enhancements in the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise-wide IT operations and performing routine O&M for an IC agency. The program itself supports a broad range of IT enterprise services for end-users around the globe, with smaller project teams that focus on particular areas (i.e. Platform as a Service, Application Services, Cloud Computing, High Performance Computing, API Management, etc.). PhD + 4 Years Experience Masters Degree + 6 Years Experience Bachelors Degree + 8 Years Experience Associates Degree + 10 Years Experience High School Diploma/GED + 12 Years Experience Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain computer systems' workflows and ensure reliable operation of systems Coordinate site visits and upgrades for on-site and remote users Provide on-site and remote resolution support for trouble calls Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Unix/Windows workstations and servers Perform systems administration for desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems Monitor and resolve issues for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Install/load operating system and application software Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems Perform software installations and upgrades in accordance with procedures and service level agreements Create and manage procedures for maintaining linked databases, including security and data integrity Conduct routine and emergency maintenance of assigned data center equipment Communicate scheduled preventive maintenance windows with customers Contribute to backup and recovery plans Ensure systems comply with STIG guidelines for security Maintain operational and configuration standard operating procedures (SOPs) Required Qualifications and Skills: Active TS/SCI with Poly required Experience in UNIX, Windows, and/or Storage administration Experience with incident ticketing and tracking systems Ability to respond to after-hour calls for support Ability to travel 0-20% to other local area sites Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments Desired Qualifications and Skills: Experience in the imagery intelligence domain Ability to create and modify scripts in Windows, Linux, and Solaris systems Knowledge of the Customer's processes and systems Ability to function both as a team member and independently Skills in Windows Server, Red Hat, IRIX, Solaris, Sybase, Informix, SQL, and Imagery Production Chain General knowledge of database and network administration Desired Certifications: Must have Security+ certification or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire
