Role Description We are seeking a full-time Director of Business Development who will lead efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This hybrid role, based in Denver, CO, offers flexibility for some work from home. Daily tasks include developing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts. Qualifications Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation Proficiency in Business Planning and Contract Negotiation Skills in Account Management Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proven track record in sales or business development Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Pay Full time hourly position. The pay range is $32-$37 an hour based on experience.
