highly capable R&D Project Manager

About the Role: You’ll play a central role in managing the end-to-end development of new products — from concept through commercialisation — while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex R&D projects within the medical device space, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery Drive product development efforts that align with company vision and regulatory requirements Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality teams Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders Ensure all development activities are compliant with FDA, ISO, and internal quality standards Contribute to a high-performing, values-led culture that supports personal growth and team success What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of R&D project management experience in the
medical device industry Deep understanding of design controls, risk management, and regulated product development processes Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a bias for action and problem-solving Experience in the
dental device or infection control space
