As an experienced machine learning engineer, you understand good software is more than just a good user experience. To compete in today’s technical landscape, mission-oriented machine learning solutions must be architected, designed, and built to handle fast-moving data, seamlessly scale with infrastructure based on system usage, and expand based on evolving mission requirements. We’re looking for an engineer like you to create AI and ML-enabled solutions that help solve our toughest challenges facing the Defense and Intelligence sectors. On our team, you’ll design, create, and implement AI systems that transform client operations, increase data accessibility, and optimize AI and ML systems. You’ll ensure your solutions consider the broader ecosystem and future functionalities, while deepening your skills in software engineering, MLOps, and deployment in various mission environments. You Have: 3+ years of experience as an ML engineer, building production-grade ML solutions using Python, Rust, Go, Scala, or Java. 3+ years working in data science or research environments, training and deploying models across multiple data modalities. 3+ years experience in cloud environments like AWS and Azure. 2+ years deploying ML models with Docker and Kubernetes. 2+ years experience with Generative AI, transformers, or LLM projects. 1+ years building or deploying RESTful APIs or software interfaces. Experience evaluating architectural tradeoffs and designing scalable service-based applications. Experience with MLOps, GitOps, and CI/CD tooling. Top Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Nice If You Have: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, llama.cpp, vLLM. Client engagement and business development experience. Deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or signal processing experience. Experience with Kafka, Red Panda, Confluent, or related data brokering solutions. Knowledge of Databricks, LangChain, Kubernetes. Adaptability, excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Master’s degree. Clearance:

Top Secret clearance required, with eligibility for access to classified information. Compensation:

Salary range is $99,000 to $225,000 annually, depending on various factors. The posting closes within 90 days. Work Model:
