Our client
is seeking a strategic and hands-on
Chief Financial Officer
to lead financial operations across multiple entities. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned financial leader with deep construction industry experience and a passion for operational excellence. What You’ll Do Lead all financial operations, including
forecasting, cash flow management, banking relationships , and strategic planning. Oversee a team of accounting professionals across multiple organizations. Produce and manage
monthly income statements, closeouts, bonding company reports , and
work-in-process (WIP)
schedules. Collaborate with tax accountants and payroll/benefits providers to optimize financial and HR services. Integrate financial strategy with construction operations to ensure alignment and efficiency. Evaluate and shop for financial and benefits services on behalf of the company. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in
construction finance , with a strong grasp of operational forecasting and financial strategy. Ability to work
on-site in Friendswood, TX —this is a real-time, in-office leadership role. Strong cultural fit: collaborative, proactive, and aligned with company values. Experience producing reports for bonding companies and integrating with external accounting and payroll teams. Bonus Points If You Have Experience managing financials for
multiple entities . A track record of
impressing leadership
with strategic insight and execution. Familiarity with
construction operations
