We are seeking a hands-on, experienced, and detail-oriented Construction Manager/Estimator to manage a range of construction initiatives across the portfolio. Position Overview: The Construction Manager/Estimator involves managing a range of construction initiatives, including ground up development, tenant improvements, renovations, and capital upgrades. Candidates should be proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with travel as needed to support project execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage construction projects, including ground-up development, capital improvements, tenant buildouts, and renovations. Collaborate with ownership to align goals with broader investment strategies. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution. Assist in obtaining permits and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Lead vendor sourcing, selection, and contract negotiations; manage vendor performance and service quality. Review and approve invoices, allocate budgets, and monitor project expenditures. Ensure quality control throughout construction phases, including on-site supervision, material verification, and issue resolution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout all project phases. Maintain updated knowledge of local permitting processes, building codes, and compliance standards across various jurisdictions. Provide regular progress reports to ownership, including budget tracking, schedule updates, risk mitigation strategies, and key decisions needed. Travel to construction sites as needed from time to time to supervise activities. Pay:
