Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and EMR documentation. Soft Skills:
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional deficits. Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and document outcomes accurately. Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
