Engineering Services Manager

Disneyland Resort . Provide leadership to professional tradesmen (Operating Engineers, Plumbers, HVAC/ACRF Technicians, Electricians - Branch and High Voltage, Outside Machinists, Sound Mechanics, EMT, Plumber Waterways, Laborers Roofers and Waterways, and Appliance Electricians) in performing daily preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of facility assets. We are looking for an inspirational leader with strong managerial, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Develop teamwork and cooperation while managing safety, regulatory compliance, and productivity. This role reports to the Area Mgr-Engineering Svcs. What You Will Do:
Focus on safety. Demonstrate leadership commitment to preventing injuries by assessing risks and taking proactive measures. Ensure safety, reliability, and quality of assets. Establish work schedules, shift assignments, and priorities. Proactively prevent equipment downtimes and prepare the team for emergencies. Lead and develop a team; responsible for interviewing, training, coaching, and performance reviews. Hire, mentor, recognize, and retain talented individuals. Participate in quality acceptance and commissioning of theme park buildings. Develop maintenance plans, define scope, and manage budgets. Assist in creating and adhering to the departmental budget. Deliver high-quality services through strategic partnerships, understanding client needs. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and optimize work efficiency. Manage compliance with SCAQMD Rules and Regulations. Guide project management to meet strategic goals within quality, budget, and timeline constraints. Promote teamwork and interpersonal skills across departments. Review and analyze facility project plans for feasibility, compliance, and strategic fit. Required Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge of CMMS, preferably Maximo and My Time. Problem-solving and continuous improvement skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to read civil and architectural drawings. Develop reports, manage projects, and meet deadlines. Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Excellent interpersonal skills in diverse environments. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Education:
BA/BS in Facility Maintenance or related fields. Preferred Education:
