Civil Site Design Engineer . This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking individual eager to grow their career in private land development. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and plan production of greenfield and brownfield site development projects, including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use developments across the U.S. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality, innovative, and code-compliant solutions tailored to each unique site. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 2–4 years of experience in civil site design within a consulting environment Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including surface and pipe design modelling A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Awareness of cross-disciplinary project coordination Familiarity with design standards, plan production processes, and specifications (preferred) Why Join?
