Senior Manufacturing Domain Consultant . You will be a key player in the consulting team, creating detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, and implementing deployment plans. You will support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that help our clients meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX/ Raleigh, NC/ Indianapolis, IN/ Hartford, CT/Tempe, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience as a domain/business consultant, Business Analyst, or industry practitioner in manufacturing. Preferred Qualifications Experience in industry segments such as Vehicle Order Planning, Production Scheduling, Vehicle Logistics, Distribution Center Management, Supplier Visibility, Dynamic Order Management, Warehouse Management, Automotive Sales and Aftersales, Production Management, Automotive Digital Retail, Auto Finance. Experience in IT application development projects. Relevant certifications like Six Sigma, APICS, SCOR, PMP are advantageous. Knowledge of SCM packages such as SAP Ariba, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Oracle. Experience in automotive or retail order management, distribution, logistics planning projects, and exposure to automotive sales, aftersales, and production management. Strong proficiency across the industry value chain and related best practices. Ability to build relationships with executives and drive end-to-end client services. Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Experience leading meetings and workshops with senior stakeholders and articulating project documents clearly. Exposure to outsourcing and offshoring work models is preferred. The job may require sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face is expected. Travel may be required.
