Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Type: W2 Contract – 9 month contract-to-hire
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO
Schedule: M – F 9am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $ 60 – 66 / hour, DOE
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Surest’s digital marketing efforts by managing paid media, executing email campaigns, and maintaining web content to drive B2B lead generation across multiple channels. This hands-on role is ideal for an analytical, adaptable professional who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments. The specialist will join the Surest B2B Growth Team—a collaborative group of 5–6 team members focused on product marketing, campaign development, and sales support—and will also work closely with the Internal Media Team within the Employer & Individual (E&I) segment, where strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaigns:
Manage multi-channel campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, StackAdapt, YouTube, Yahoo, etc.) for Surest and regional E&I teams.
Email Marketing (Marketo):
Develop assets, automate workflows, and manage email campaigns (newsletters, lead gen/nurture, internal).
Email Design:
Create templates in Chamaileon for Marketo program execution.
Landing Pages:
Build and manage campaign landing pages using Adobe Experience Manager (Edge Delivery Services).
Website Management:
Maintain Surest.com content (blogs, core pages) for audiences including members, brokers, employers, and consumers.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report on campaign performance using Adobe Analytics, Domo, and other tools.
