This exciting position involves working closely with our wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide expert answers about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. You'll be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to our customers using company vehicles. In this role, you will have regular contact with customers, including minors, and manage cash transactions and other valuable items. To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, a review of your criminal history will be conducted as part of the hiring process. Assist customers in person and over the phone, addressing their needs and presenting relevant products. Process sales transactions accurately following our policies. Achieve sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas. Manage inventory by pulling the right products from the floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Safely load, transport, and deliver items to customers, maintaining positive relationships. Assist in loading and unloading products from vehicles. Perform vehicle maintenance and report servicing needs to your supervisor. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, complying with traffic regulations and safety procedures. Prepare delivery-related reports and documents. Operate vehicles, forklifts, and other machines as necessary. Minimum Requirements: At least 21 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Holding a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint or related products. Fluency in additional languages.
