Join our Onsite Endoscopic Specialist (OES) team and be at the forefront of healthcare innovation. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for KARL STORZ advanced medical devices, including hand instruments and state-of-the-art video equipment, within your assigned hospital.
As an OES, you will collaborate closely with Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Room teams, playing a critical role in ensuring successful surgical procedures. This position offers opportunities for career growth, whether in medical device sales, leadership, education, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide face-to-face customer support in OR, SPD, and Biomed
Set up and support video towers/systems
Inspect, repair, troubleshoot, and replace KARL STORZ devices
Monitor, report, and facilitate repair/exchange transactions
Transport, clean, sterilize, and package instruments after use
Troubleshoot video and instrument issues in the OR
Manage instrument and equipment repairs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in Sterile Processing, Sales, or other Surgical Technology/Medical roles
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work collaboratively in a service-oriented team
Effective communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to pass a drug screening for safety-sensitive positions
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree and/or CRCST certification
