Key Responsibilities
Represent our organization and partner brands at community events, pop-up activations, and outreach campaigns. Effectively communicate brand messaging and social impact initiatives to engage the public. Provide engaging, one-on-one interactions with customers to promote awareness and drive participation. Assist with event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site support. Collaborate closely with outreach and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals. Gather feedback from event attendees and report insights to enhance future activations. Stay informed on brand guidelines, product knowledge, and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus. Strong communication skills with a confident and outgoing personality. Comfortable interacting with diverse groups in fast-paced environments. Reliable, punctual, and eager to be part of a collaborative team. Availability for occasional evening and weekend shifts. Reliable transportation for travel to and from event locations. Experience in retail, customer service, sales, promotions, or volunteer work is advantageous but not required.
