Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid digital acquisition efforts through paid social, paid search, and affiliate marketing. This role is pivotal in scaling our digital reach and driving customer growth across both DTC and performance channels.
You’ll serve as the main point of contact for external paid media agencies while collaborating cross-functionally with our Ecommerce, Creative, and Product teams to ensure that channel strategies are aligned with brand goals, seasonal launches, and broader business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage paid media strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate channels.
Lead day-to-day agency communication, ensuring campaigns are executed on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
Develop full-funnel strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers through paid channels.
Partner with creative and brand teams to brief, iterate, and optimize ad creative based on performance insights.
Work closely with the Ecommerce team to align performance goals with merchandising, promotions, and site experience.
Analyse and report on channel performance, leveraging data to optimize campaigns, drive ROAS, and inform future investments.
Evaluate and test new media partners, platforms, or tactics to expand reach and efficiency.
Monitor and manage the paid media budget and forecast against acquisition goals.
Own affiliate marketing performance and work with external partners to identify new revenue opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
4–6+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on paid social and search.
Experience working with external agencies or in-house paid media teams.
Fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand experience is strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV) and the customer journey.
Experience with affiliate networks and partner platforms.
Proficient in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker, etc.).
Strong communicator with the ability to translate performance into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Ability to attend and support on-site photoshoots, including on-set presence when required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods of time.
Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
Occasionally moves about the office to collaborate with team members or attend meetings.
Ability to visually review data and digital content on screens for accuracy and clarity.
