This role is critical to our Digital Incentives team. You will lead a One KCNA strategy and execution for all Family Care National Consumer Promotions, focusing on: growing share, generating new consumer trial, and loyalty-driven marketing. Key goals include driving activation and adoption of solutions such as coupons, rewards, and sampling to ensure scale and efficiency.
In This Role, You Will
Own the execution and success of programs across brands like Cottonelle, Scott, Kleenex, and Viva.
Manage deployment, forecasting, analysis, and adoption of consumer incentive practices, aligning with Business Unit strategies.
Drive transformation in consumer engagement and brand-building incentives, delivering measurable results.
Lead campaign analytics and translate data into actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Support the Promotional Budget and manage P&L impacts.
Collaborate regularly with senior brand leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 8 years of experience in consumer promotions, incentives, or marketing analytics.
Experience managing marketing campaigns, P&L, and vendor relationships.
Proficiency in campaign design, measurement, and data analysis to optimize ROI.
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Advanced PowerPoint skills for reporting and storytelling.
