This role manages a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality requirements for innovative partnership tax solutions. Responsibilities include:
Creating prototypes and low-code solutions Developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations Gathering and translating requirements into features and user stories Preparing technical documentation Building relationships with key stakeholders Participating in testing and process improvements Architecting solutions aligned with technology strategy Data analysis and process optimization Managing stakeholder communication and project coordination Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles Tax experience and certifications preferred Knowledge of requirement documentation tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) Strong skills in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and Alteryx preferred Compensation:
