Amida Technology Solutions is seeking a
Program Manager . The successful candidate will direct a multi‑year communications‑ and data‑modernization program spanning secure worksites, and blend enterprise project‑management discipline with leadership of graph‑data and radio‑infrastructure upgrades. This role will report to the General Manager for Service Delivery. If you want to help public agencies, non-profits, and companies get their data right, we look forward to hearing from you. What you will do: Serve as the primary customer focal point for planning, design, execution, and issue resolution across multiple sites Own the program budget, forecasting, and financial reporting, including variance analysis and ROI evaluation. Manage the scope, schedule, cost, and risk through an integrated master schedule, risk register, and earned‑value dashboards (utilizing MS Project + Jira) Coordinate 15+ cross‑functional staff, comprised of data science, software, RF, cloud, and cyber, operating in hybrid on‑prem and GovCloud environments Plan and oversee phased radio-infrastructure core, KMF, and RF subsystem upgrades with minimal downtime, including lab staging, live cut‑overs, and rollback readiness Lead fail‑over validation between primary and secondary cores, CEN, GPS, and WAVE components; capture metrics and executive sign‑off Transition Red Hat and third‑party patch cadence from quarterly to monthly and track compliance in executive dashboards Present concise status, risk, and roadmap updates to C‑suite and steering committees Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and change requests in collaboration with Contracts personnel Maintain surge‑ready resource plans and O&M service levels for hundreds of nationwide sites, and report readiness metrics to leadership Mentor project managers and scrum masters and mature PMO processes with PMI and Agile best practices Other duties as assigned Required Education: Bachelor's degree required; Business, Engineering, or Computer Science major preferred Active PMP or PMI‑ACP certification Required Experience: 10+ years program/project management Demonstrated experience with managing large-scale IT related projects 3+ years leading multi‑site or mission‑critical infrastructure programs Required Skills: Executive‑level communications including briefings, dashboards, and decision memos Hands-on effective team management and leadership Integrated master scheduling with critical‑path analysis (MS Project or Primavera) Earned‑value management and cost and schedule performance index tracking Hybrid PMI/Agile governance Jira and Confluence portfolio reporting Quantitative risk, issue, and opportunity management Contract and subcontract administration, negotiation, and vendor performance oversight Quality management planning aligned with ISO9001 and CMMI‑Dev Level 3 Coordination of RMF, Section 508, and NIST 800‑53 controls Able to travel monthly US Citizens only; must be eligible for Secret clearance Preferred: Direct leadership of public‑safety radio modernization programs Experience integrating graph databases (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune) with operational data pipelines FedRAMP High or DoD IL5 cloud migration experience SAFe SPC or PgMP credential Active Secret (or higher) clearance Success at Amida Communication is the key to success at Amida.
