Overview: Presbyterian is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Manager to join our leadership team!Presbyterian is seeking a Clinic Manager to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients in an Outpatient Clinic. Common responsibilities include coordinating and managing clinic workflow activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care. Oversees operational aspects of provider practice to ensure clinical quality and financial viability. Works collaboratively with MSO to ensure optimal structure and function of support staff. In collaboration with PMG nursing, develops policies and procedures to improve patient care and utilization of clinic resources.Supervise and coordinate activities of a clinic/department to include establishing and maintaining systems for patient flow and the utilization of clinic and ancillary facilities and manpower.Explain policies and procedures and resolve problems. Gather necessary documentation to support proper handling of inquiries/complaints. Manage customer complaints using the appropriate tools and processesLeads CQI and customer service processes. Involves the physicians and staff in improving daily operations of the clinic/department e.g. facilitate improved patient throughput initiatives and eliminate/reduce non-value-added processes.*Provides leadership and supervision of clinical and clerical staff within manager’s scope to further the vision, values, and strategies of PMG.Coordinates required review competencies of appropriate licenses and non-licensed clinical and clerical staff with support of the Director of Practice Operations (DPO). Prepares work schedules, assigns personnel, evaluates work performance and initiates/makes recommendations for personnel actions.Other duties as required Benefits: We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
