Senior Recruiter, Restaurant Teams

The Senior Recruiter, Field is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of restaurant leadership roles, including Assistant General Managers, General Managers, Area Leaders, and Regional Leaders, as well as supporting broader pipeline efforts for future restaurant openings. This role plays a critical part in scaling CAVA’s restaurant operations by identifying and engaging top talent who align with our mission and operational goals. You’ll partner closely with operations leaders, restaurants recruiting peers, People + Culture Business Partners, and other cross functional teams to ensure a strong bench of diverse, high-performing candidates that support both current needs and future growth.

What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment for restaurant leadership restaurant leadership roles—including Assistant General Managers, General Managers, Area Leaders, and Regional Leaders—across multiple markets, ensuring achievement with time-to-fill targets Partner with Operations and People + Culture teams, and other cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs and hiring goals, ensuring alignment with workforce planning. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for restaurant leadership roles through strategic sourcing, proactive outreach, and market intelligence. Support expansion efforts by recruiting for new market openings and backfilling critical restaurant leadership roles. Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Restaurant Recruiting to develop market-specific sourcing strategies that reflect local talent dynamics. Champion a diverse and inclusive recruiting approach to ensure candidate pools reflect the communities we serve. Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, ensuring timely communication and professionalism throughout. Utilize HARRI (CAVA’s applicant tracking system) and other tools to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics. Partner with hiring managers to improve selection capabilities and support interview calibration and best practices. Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate) to various stakeholders throughout the organization. Represent CAVA’s brand at local job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities as needed.

The Qualifications

Education & Experience

4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for experience in high-growth multi- unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments Proven ability to recruit for multi-unit leadership roles across diverse markets. Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills with a proactive, self-starting approach. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise field leaders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (HARRI experience a plus) and strong organizational skills. Passion for talent acquisition and a strong belief in the power of great leadership to drive operational success. Willingness to travel up to 15% for hiring events, market visits, and new restaurant openings. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
